WANGELIN, District Judge.
This is a suit for declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 and Rule 57, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, brought under Section 301 of the Taft-Hartley Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) to determine plaintiff's rights to funds under a union pension trust.
