Appellee, Minerva Gornatti, and her husband purchased a 1966 Mercury Sedan from J. H. Everett, d/b/a Everett Motor Company in Fordyce on July 14, 1966. On December 4, 1967, Mrs. Gornatti, according to her testimony, was attempting to angle park her car when it suddenly accelerated, jumped the curb, and crashed into Ross' Drug Store in Fordyce. Mrs. Gornatti received personal injuries, one person inside the store was killed, and two others injured...
