No. 7217DC714.

193 S.E.2d 302 (1972)

17 N.C. App. 134

In the Matter of Debbie DOWELL.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

December 20, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Atty. Gen. Robert Morgan by R. S. Weathers, Asst. Atty. Gen., for the State.

Carl E. Bell, Mount Airy, for defendant appellant.

VAUGHN, Judge.

Respondent contends that the court erred in its finding of facts and entry of the order. We hold that the evidence was sufficient to support the court's findings that respondent violated the terms of her probation. A "Delinquent Child" includes any child who has violated the condition of probation. G.S. § 7A-278(2). The order from which respondent appealed is affirmed.

Affirmed.
