OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This appeal arises out of a proceeding brought by the Riverdale Town Board to improve a town road which resulted in taking 1 1/5 acres of plaintiff's land. In an action brought by plaintiff for compensation, the jury rendered a verdict for defendant. Plaintiff appeals and we affirm.
