An information charged defendant with unlawfully possessing heroin for sale. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500.5.) At a special pretrial hearing he moved to suppress evidence on the ground that it was obtained by an unreasonable search without a warrant. (Pen. Code, § 1538.5.)
