These appeals are from a judgment of the Superior Court of DeKalb County dismissing a petition for mandamus. The issue made by the pleadings was whether a conditional use permit should have been granted as a matter of right. The appeal was dismissed upon the defendants' motion that the petitioner had no legal standing to the relief sought.
