Dewey Mitchell, III, was charged with and convicted of a violation of R. C. 2921.05 in the Franklin County Municipal Court. A "decision" was rendered by the trial court (the trier of the facts) which is reflected in the judgment entry of conviction and sentence, filed November 3, 1971. This appeal is taken from such judgment.
