Plaintiff appeals an order of the district court dismissing his complaint for lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter.

The plaintiff is a beneficiary of a trust created in October of 1928. The trust was one of four created by Morris Rosenblum, plaintiff's grandfather, under the terms of an Insurance Trust Agreement for which defendant's predecessor...
