This is a civil action brought in the Lamoille County Court seeking damages for loss of income and business resulting from the revocation of a first class license as defined in 7 V.S.A. § 2. The plaintiff was the holder of the license, and the defendants Dewey and Daley, selectmen of the Town of Stowe, revoked his license in their ex officio capacity as control commissioners (hereinafter referred to as commissioners). 7 V.S.A. § 166...
