The circuit court set aside a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board that denied workmen's compensation benefits for the disability and subsequent death of John Amic who had asserted a claim against his employer, The Logan Company. Amic died before his claim was finally adjudicated by the board and the proceedings were revived by his widow as his sole dependent.
