Appellant-plaintiff Coplan Pipe & Supply Co. sued to foreclose a mortgage secured by a series of promissory notes; a few of these notes have been paid. Coplan seeks review of the final judgment favorable to appellee-defendant Ben-Frieda Corporation, Inc.
