Under our summary judgment practice a defending party may at any time move for summary judgment, with or without supporting affidavits, and the judgment shall be rendered forthwith if the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with any affidavits, show there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the movant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
