PANNELL, Judge.

Southern Oxygen Supply Company filed a complaint against Harry Kamensky, individually and trading as E. Cohn & Co., seeking to recover seventy (70) oxygen cylinders and thirty-three (33) acetylene cylinders bailed and rented to the defendant as containers for oxygen and acetylene sold to defendant, or for their value plus rental charges. The jury found for the plaintiff for $4,605.65, and the trial judge entered judgment in that amount.
