This matter is now before us for the third time. All appeals have arisen out of charges made by the Louisiana Commission on Governmental Ethics that appellant, Captain Roland F. Coppola, an employee of the Louisiana State Police, violated certain provisions of the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics. With one exception, all assignments of error made to us on this appeal have been previously disposed of by us in judgments rendered in earlier appeals...
