REYNOLDS, District Judge:

This is a civil rights action challenging an ex parte order of the Waukesha Family Court Commissioner ordering the named plaintiff herein, a defendant in a divorce action, to vacate his home. Jurisdiction of this court is grounded upon Title 28 U.S.C. § 1343. Plaintiffs have moved for a temporary restraining order. In addition I must decide whether a three-judge court should be convened pursuant to Title 28...
