Defendants, charged with assault to commit rape, entered pleas of guilty and were each sentenced to serve not less than 8 nor more than 12 years in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex. They assign as error: (1) An alleged denial of motions to withdraw their pleas of guilty; (2) a failure to inform the defendants of the nature of the charges against them; (3) that no factual basis appears for acceptance of the guilty pleas when defendants asserted...
