Defendant (appellant), and Donald James Walden, were charged with conspiracy to commit theft by deception of water from the City of Bloomington, Indiana. Both defendant and Walden originally entered pleas of not guilty. However, one day prior to defendant Trinkle's trial, Walden withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty.
