On March 23, 1970, William Morgan and Louise Morgan filed a joint complaint for damages in the Superior Court of Catoosa County, against "Ernest Lockyear" and "McNair Transportation Company," nonresidents, for injuries and damages allegedly resulting from an automobile accident on September 5, 1968.
