This is an appeal from a summary dismissal of a petition of habeas corpus filed by the appellant in propria persona.

On September 28, 1968, the appellant was arrested and accused of the crime of murder. On April 29, 1969, appellant was found guilty of second degree murder and was sentenced to a term of not less than ten nor more than twelve years...
