John R. Rood died on December 23, 1961, leaving a will dated February 4, 1954, and a codicil dated April 6, 1955. The will was ordered to probate on March 19, 1962, and the codicil was ordered to probate on April 2, 1962. The will created a testamentary trust in which the residue and remainder of the estate was devised to Michigan State College, Alma College...
