This action challenges the legality of a bond election held February 3, 1971, in which the voters of Unified School District No. 449, Leavenworth County, Kansas, approved a bond issue in the amount of $810,000 to pay the cost of acquiring a site, and erecting and equipping a high school building. The trial court sustained the district's oral motion for summary judgment and proceeded to enter judgment denying...
