This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, in Equity, modifying a final divorce decree by reducing alimony and child support payments from $240.00 per month to $190.00 per month and directing that the father rather than the mother be permitted to claim the alimony and child support payments as a credit or deduction on his income tax returns.
