This case was tried before the Hon. John J. McDevitt, 3rd, and a jury on November 24th through December 1st, 1971. The jury found in favor of plaintiff Helen Zitkus $15,000 and plaintiff Albert Zitkus, her husband, $7,500. The court directed a verdict for defendant, City of Philadelphia.
