On September 25, 1970, the appellant was convicted by a jury on three counts of grand larceny. He has appealed, alleging he was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial as provided by the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 10 of the Bill of Rights of the Kansas Constitution, and that the district court erred in overruling his motion for discharge pursuant to K.S.A....
