The original plaintiff G.M.C. Tire Company brought suit to recover for the total loss of a 1967 ¾ ton truck, allegedly covered as #PC11458 in a policy of compre-hensive insurance issued by Pan American Fire and Casualty Company, in 1968, in the amount of $2,500 with a $100 deductible. Pan American denied liability on the grounds that the truck in question "was a non-owned vehicle at the time this accident...
