Petitioner was released on parole on February 16, 1970. One of the alleged conditions of his parole was that he abstain totally from the use of alcohol, which condition is the one under attack here. On October 6, 1970, when petitioner reported to his parole officer, he was informed that he was under arrest because he appeared to be intoxicated and was brought to the Nassau County Jail....
