This civil damage action under Minn.St. 340.95 was brought by plaintiffs, Richard J. and Delores Cameron, against the city of Fridley, operator of a municipal liquor establishment. The jury, by special verdict, found that no illegal sale of an intoxicating liquor had been made to an intoxicated automobile driver who caused the damage which is the subject of this action.
