Defendant was convicted by a jury of unlawful possession of a depressant drug in violation of Ill. Rev. Stat. (1969), Ch. 111 1/2, Sec. 802(c), and sentenced to seven days in the County jail and a $250 fine. On this appeal, he contends that the court erred in rulings on his motion to suppress evidence; that the court erred in refusing certain instructions; that he was not proven guilty...
