Plaintiff brought this action against defendant Hartford Fire Insurance Company, insurer of LeRoy McDonald, against whom plaintiff recovered a judgment of $25,000 in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri for the wrongful death of her husband Washington Lane.
