Jose DeJesus, age 15, has brought this Civil Rights Act suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the members of the Norwalk Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools, challenging his expulsion from the 9th grade.1 Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1343(3).
