The parties entered into an agreement on April 28, 1966 and a supplementary agreement on the same day. Both documents were drafted by the representative of the plaintiff and executed by both parties. Under the terms of the agreement the defendant agreed to sell to the plaintiff all pickling cucumbers grown on 80 acres during the 1966 season from seed furnished by the plaintiff.
