This is an appeal from the Madison Circuit Court, in Equity. The record in this cause reveals appellant, Hillman Mc-Whorter, and appellee, Elizabeth Mc-Whorter, were married September 2, 1950, and have two sons. The parties separated on November 27, 1969, when appellant moved out of the house.
