Following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence made pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, defendant entered a plea of guilty to violation of Health and Safety Code section 11530 reserving his right to appeal from the denial of the motion as provided in Penal Code section 1538.5, subdivision (m). Imposition of sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on probation for the period of three years...
