(Sun Cab), appellant, in tort in the Superior Court of Baltimore City claiming, on behalf of Mr. Carter, damages arising from injuries to his person and property, and, on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Carter, damages for loss of consortium, resulting from an accident...
