This is an appeal by the defendant in a contested divorce proceeding. Plaintiff commenced her action in October, 1969. The case was originally scheduled to be heard on December 23, 1970. For various reasons, some the fault of defendant, others not, the date of trial had to be rescheduled several times. Ultimately, April 21, 1971, was fixed as the trial date — and so published in the Genesee County Legal...
