The appellant and another person were indicted for the crime of grand larceny by the Circuit Court of Adams County, Mississippi. The appellant was tried separately and convicted of grand larceny by the circuit court. He now appeals to this Court and alleges that the indictment was defective and that certain errors were committed during the trial of the case.
