These matters are consolidated cases arising from an automobile accident occurring on September 12, 1969, in the intersection of North Ardenwood and Choctaw Drive in the City of Baton Rouge. Audrey L. Webster, the plaintiff in one of the suits, was a passenger in a Volkswagen automobile owned by her, and at the time of the accident being driven by her son, David Lee Webster.
