This is an appeal by the employer, Union Carbide Corporation, from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board, dated September 29, 1971, which affirmed an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner awarding benefits to the widow of a deceased employee of the aforesaid employer.
