This case, as well as the companion case of Carter v. Rawls, La.App., 260 So.2d 144, also on appeal and decided this day, arose out of an accident which occurred on January 21, 1964, at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 2 and Louisiana Highway 3 in the City of Plain Dealing, Louisiana. Plaintiff, Ryan, was stopped in his pickup truck at the intersection in obedience to the stop sign for westbound traffic on Highway...
