After a jury trial, appellant Oscar James Henderson (hereinafter defendant) was found to have been guilty of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211), to have been armed at the time of commission of the robbery within the meaning of Penal Code section 12022.5, to have intentionally inflicted great bodily injury on the victim of the robbery, and to have been guilty of kidnaping in violation of Penal Code section 207.
