The appellant Stokes Samuel Miller, Jr. made application for a writ of habeas corpus under the authority of Md. Code Art. 41, § 25 which was denied by Judge Joseph L. Carter, sitting in the Baltimore City Court. He appeals from this judgment contending 1) that the evidence was legally insufficient to justify the court in ruling that he was the fugitive wanted in the rendition warrant, 2) that the rendition warrant...
