This case is before us on appeal from a decision of a single Justice ordering the plaintiff to pay to the Maine National Bank (Bank) interest on $239,450.77 at Six Percent (6%) per annum for the period from October 30, 1967, to August 25, 1969. The order appealed from is the sequel to the decision in Farnum v. C. J. Merrill, Inc., 264 A.2d 150 (Me.1970), which held that the Bank had a security interest in the proceeds...
