This appeal comes to us from an adverse finding by a jury in a guest case in which the jury awarded damages to the father of the deceased child, a boy twelve years of age, in the sum of $17,000.00.

Defendant-appellant's brief might well be defined as a re-hash of the evidence of the case, as some of it is stated as many as three times.

Her motion to correct errors is also several pages long, which, again, is a re-hash of the evidence...
