This is an appeal from a conviction of murder in the third degree. On January 21, 1969, at approximately 10:30 p. m., defendant-appellant, age 19, and a friend, Richard Allen, age 17, entered Bauer's Superette in North Minneapolis, walked around the store, and, after defendant purchased a package of cigarettes, both left.
