This is an action in negligence against the defendant, railroad, appellee herein, for wrongful death of plaintiff-appellant's decedent. Mr. Strahm was a truck driver killed in a collision at the railroad crossing on Breese Road in the village of Fort Shawnee, Ohio, involving the truck which he was operating and a train operated by defendant.
