The defendant, charged with possession of marijuana for sale under A.R.S. § 36-1002.06, was tried to a jury, convicted of unlawful possession and sentenced from 5 to 8 years in the state penitentiary. He has raised a number of questions on appeal concerning arrest, search, sufficiency of the evidence, and excessiveness of sentence.
