This trust arises under the will of Thomas G. Morton, who died May 20, 1903, whereby he bequeathed his residuary estate to his trustees, in trust, to pay two-thirds of the net income to his wife, Ann K. Morton, for life, and one-third to his daughter, Bertha St. C. M. Gittings, for her life.
