Defendant, Charles U. Culmer, M.D., appeals from judgment entered against him on jury's verdict of $50,000. The jury returned a verdict in favor of two other defendants.

The complaint alleges that negligence and malpractice by Defendant Culmer aggravated plaintiff's injuries sustained in an accident which caused him to be hospitalized...
