This is a special action instituted by the State of Arizona out of the relation of Moise Berger, County Attorney of Maricopa County, seeking a writ of prohibition against the Honorable Robert L. Myers, Judge of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, and Olen Leroy James as the real party in interest.
