RAWLS, Judge.

Retherford appeals a judgment of conviction of attempted rape. A sentence of 10 years was imposed.

The facts in this case reflect not only the delinquent activities of juveniles but a complete absence of parental supervision. An "open" party was in progress in Panama City, Florida, on the night of December 26, 1969, at the home of one of the teen-age participants. Some twenty-five or thirty youngsters, of ages ranging from 15 to 19, were in attendance...
